By placing your order, you are agreeing to the terms and conditions set out below. Away Days Beer Company reserves the right to amend these Terms and conditions without notice at any time. Your continued use of this site after changes are posted will constitute your acceptance of the changes to these Terms.
In accordance with the Licensing Act 2003, it is an offence for any person under 18 to buy or attempt to buy intoxicating drinks. We will only sell to anyone who is 18 years of age or over, as the law requires. By placing an order, you are confirming that you are 18 or over. If you are making a purchase as a gift, then the recipient must also be over 18 years old.
PRICES AND AVAILABILITY
All prices and charges are shown in UK sterling. They include VAT payable but exclude delivery charges (for details see delivery below).
While every effort is made to supply all items listed online, there are instances where this may not be possible. In these cases, we will contact you and offer a substitute with the same or greater value.
We reserve the right to withdraw or replace products online without notice.
Payment can only be made using credit/debit cards and is taken when we process your order.
Card payments are made through a secure server. Away Days Beer Company does not store your financial details. Your personal details are not passed to any third party.
Normally deliveries will take between 3 and 5 working days. We only ship within the United Kingdom.
Delivery costs are stated during Checkout.
Local delivery is free of charge. Please see the below list of postcodes of the area we are able to deliver to for free from our base in Newark.

Deliveries must be signed for by a person of 18 years or older. If our couriers are in any doubt about the age of the recipient on delivery, they will request ID. We reserve the right to cancel the delivery if the age and identity of the recipient is in doubt.
It is the responsibility of the customer to report goods damaged in transit as early as possible so we can rectify this.
CANCELLING OR AMENDING AN ORDER
Any order may be amended or cancelled providing the order has not been dispatched. In this instance, email us at firstname.lastname@example.org . You will receive a full refund providing the order has not been dispatched. If the order has been dispatched, then any cancellation will be treated as a return following the details outlined below.
You have 14 days starting from the day the goods are received to return them to Away Days Beer Company. Please email email@example.com to let us know that you are returning the goods. All goods should be returned unopened in the original packaging. The return delivery charge will be at your expense. Refunds will be processed once the goods have been received and inspected by us.
DAMAGED AND FAULTY GOODS
It is important to us that you receive your order in perfect condition. However, bottles may get damaged in transit. Please inspect your delivery for breakages and leakages, if it is apparent this has occurred, refuse delivery and we will ship a replacement as soon as possible. Please report this to us immediately at firstname.lastname@example.org
